Laptop Reuse and Recycling Shipping Label

Help charities by recycling reusable laptops, smartphones, and tablets.

Our convenient mail-in donation program is available at no cost, making it simple for individuals, remote employees, small businesses, and organizations throughout the United States to send in reusable electronics without leaving home.

Details

• The prepaid UPS shipping label is intended for reusable, functional laptops, smartphones, and tablets only. We do not accept dead, non-functional computers. Devices should be less than seven years old.
• A single shipping label may be used for a shipment containing one to ten laptops.
• Donors are responsible for supplying appropriate shipping box and protective packing materials.
• Your prepaid UPS label will be delivered by email. Print the label and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
• Packages can be dropped off at a UPS location or you can arrange a pickup by UPS.

How It Works

1. Prepare
Choose a box that is appropriately sized for the device(s) you plan to ship and securely package the items for shipping.

2. Print & Label
Print the UPS label and tape it to the box.   

3. Ship
Take your package to a UPS drop-off location or schedule a UPS pickup

4. Receive Your Digital Product Passports
After we receive and process your device, you will receive links to the associated Digital Product Passports, confirming that your device was received and refurbished.
