Laptop Reuse and Recycling Box and Shipping Label

Everything you need to easily and safely ship a laptop.

Includes a pre-printed UPS label, a sturdy cardboard box, bubble wrap for padding and a tech tag for your device.

Details

• A single label can be used for shipping 1 to 8 laptops.
• We might contact you to find out how many laptops you want to ship and ask for their make and models.  This is done to determine the correct shipping weight for the label and whether the laptops are reusable.
• The prepaid UPS shipping label is intended for reusable, functional laptops, smartphones, and tablets only. We do not accept dead, non-functional computers. Devices should be less than seven years old.
• You are responsible for supplying an appropriate shipping box and protective packing materials.
• Your prepaid UPS label will be delivered by email. Print the label and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
• Packages can be dropped off at a UPS location, or you can arrange a pickup by UPS.

How It Works

1. Prepare
Choose a box that is appropriately sized for the device(s) you plan to ship and securely package the items for shipping.

2. Print & Label
Print the UPS label and tape it to the box.   

3. Ship
Take your package to a UPS drop-off location or schedule a UPS pickup

4. Receive Your Digital Product Passports
After we receive and process your device, you will receive links to the associated Digital Product Passports, confirming that your device was received and refurbished.
